PPC management
Google, Meta, Amazon and LinkedIn, run by people who have spent ₹50Cr+ of other people's money and had to explain every rupee.
You're spending real money on Google and Meta. The clicks arrive. The customers don't. We find out why, fix it, and then scale what works. And when the problem isn't the ads, we tell you that too. For a small number of brands at a time.

Clicks don't pay salaries. Conversions do.If that line annoyed you a little, you have probably been told the opposite for a while. Keep reading.
Most brands that come to us have already paid someone else to learn this.
You've spent ₹5 to 10 lakh on agencies. You're still waiting for the results they promised in the pitch.
Spend went up 40%. Revenue stayed where it was. You were told to give it more time.
Same ads, same audiences, for weeks. Nobody can tell you which part is actually working.
A 15-page report lands every month. It still doesn't answer the only question that matters: did this make money?
None of this is a budget problem. It's a visibility problem. In the accounts we open, the money is usually leaking through search terms nobody checked.
of the budget going to things that never show up in a standard report.
a month lost to leakage alone. Not bad luck. Just nobody looking.
material issues the current team had missed. Some of them for years.
10,000 clicks. 47 sales.
One customer in every 213 clicks.
You paid for all of them. That gap is where we start.
Want to know what your account is leaking?Thirty minutes on a call. We'll tell you what we see, whether or not we work together.
Every service below is judged on one thing: did it make the client money.
We optimise for revenue, not impressions. If a campaign brings traffic and no sales, it gets cut, however nice the CTR looks.
We report on business outcomes. Spend, revenue, cost per customer. The media metrics are in the appendix if you want them.
We fix strategy before we add budget. More money into a broken structure just makes the hole bigger.
Google, Meta, Amazon and LinkedIn, run by people who have spent ₹50Cr+ of other people's money and had to explain every rupee.
Seven to ten days inside your Google and Meta accounts, read-only. Every leak, every winner starved of budget, and a fix list in order of what pays back first.
What gets checkedGo-to-market, category expansion and the decisions that keep founders up at night. From people who have run their own stores, not just read about them.
How we adviseFor clinics, stores and service businesses. Google Business Profile, Local Search and Maps ads, call tracking and listing optimisation, so the people within five kilometres actually find you.
Performance creatives, A+ pages and storefronts. Judged on click-through and conversion, not on how they look in a deck.
Creative variations, reporting, lead nurture and attribution, built around your account. Less time on admin, more on decisions.
Not sure which of these you need?Tell us about the account. We'll tell you where to start. Often it's the audit.
Read-only access. Nothing in your account changes until you decide it should.
The forensic audit is seven to ten working days of us going through every layer of your Google and Meta accounts. 22 checkpoint areas, from account structure to pixel health. You get the evidence and the fix list. Then keep your agency, bring it in-house, or hire us. Your call.
Strategy from operators who have owned the inventory, the team and the cash-flow.
New product, new market, or a launch that needs to pay for itself. Positioning, pricing, channel sequence and a quarter-by-quarter plan tied to revenue.
Which adjacent category to enter, how big it really is, who already owns it, and the phased roadmap to land it without starving the core.
Build or buy. D2C or marketplace. Pause or scale. We pressure-test the high-stakes calls with numbers and give you one recommendation, not a list of options.
A regular call with someone who has sat in your chair. Org design, fundraising narrative, board-deck review, and the questions that don't fit in a dashboard.
Have a decision you'd rather not make alone?Bring it to the discovery call. If it's a consulting question, we'll scope it as one.
Platform-reported figures for the period in each case. Filter by platform.
Your account could be the next one on this page.Only if the numbers add up on both sides. That's what the first call is for.
Local market knowledge in each one. One strategy owner across all of them.
The founder sets strategy on every account. That only works if the list stays short.
Launches that flopped, cash-flow months we'd rather forget, platform changes that broke what was working. We've been on your side of the table. It's why we don't promise what the data can't support, and why we say no to work that isn't a fit.

Think you qualify?Apply for a discovery call. We reply to every application within one working day, including the ones we turn down.
Move the sliders. Nothing is saved, nothing is sent.
Most brands chase a ROAS target without knowing the number below which every sale loses money.
Below 2.50x, each sale loses money once the ads are paid for.
If you don't know this number, every agency's cost-per-lead claim is meaningless to you.
Pay more than ₹900 a lead and the maths stops working.
Want these checked against your real account? We'll do it on the discovery call, with your numbers, not the sliders.
We'd rather tell you this now than have you hear it from us in month two.
Tracking and attribution first. If the data is wrong, everything built on it is wrong.
New structure, a creative pipeline, budget rules tied to your margins.
Most accounts show measurable improvement here. If yours doesn't, we change the plan, not the excuse.
The larger ROAS gains usually land here, as budget settles into what's proven.
Now we put more money behind what has already paid for itself.
A fashion brand on Meta and a SaaS company on Google Search can spend the same ₹5 lakh a month and need completely different work. So the scope depends on:
If we're not the right partner, we'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
The Ad Hive transformed our PPC campaigns on Google and Meta. Click-through rates rose and we saw a significant boost in conversions.Suman Baweja · CEO
Our ad spend is now more efficient and our ROI has improved dramatically. The team's strategic approach makes all the difference.Manish Mistry · Director
Anything else, ask on the call.
Most clients see measurable improvement in 30 to 45 days. The bigger ROAS gains usually come between day 60 and 90. Proper scaling happens between day 90 and 180. Anyone promising faster is either guessing or already knows your account better than we do.
Below that, Google and Meta don't collect enough conversion data to optimise against. We'd be charging you to watch an account that can't learn. If your budget is lower, we'll say so on the call and suggest what to do instead.
Both. Roughly 60% of our clients sell products online; 40% generate leads in SaaS, real estate, education and professional services. The tactics differ. The goal is the same: customers you can afford.
Yes. Google and Meta do work better together, because what one learns about your audience feeds the other. If budget is tight, start with Google for higher intent and add Meta once it's profitable.
An initial three-month term, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Scope and fees depend on spend, platforms, creative needs and complexity, and we discuss them on the call rather than publish a rate card that won't fit you.
Onboarding takes five to seven days once access is sorted. If we're at capacity, there's a short waitlist, usually two to three weeks. We'd rather make you wait than take you on and under-deliver.
Brands already spending on Google and Meta who suspect the numbers should be better. Seven to ten days, 22 checkpoint areas, read-only access. You get a documented report, an issue tracker, a recorded walkthrough and a 30-day roadmap. What you do with it is up to you.
Thirty minutes. No pitch deck. We reply within one working day, either way.
Tell us about the account. We look at it before we reply, so when we talk, we're already talking about your numbers.
Brand, monthly spend, which platforms. Two minutes.
If it's clearly not a fit, we'll tell you by email and save you the call.
Where the money is leaking, what we'd do, and whether you want us to do it.
